Hear more about 2022 ESG impact from NortonLifeLock’s team

Last week, we released our 2022 Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Report: Driving a Culture of Responsibility. Today, we are releasing a video featuring NortonLifeLock executives, leaders, and employees highlighting their FY22 efforts.

NortonLifeLock is driven to create authentic and tangible impact in our workplace, communities, and world. Learn more in our 2022 ESG Report video.

In the video, you’ll hear from our Head of People & Culture, Kara Jordan, on the inclusive culture we’ve cultivated by encouraging every employee to bring their full selves to work each day. Kara also discussed our DEI strategy, which focuses on attracting, retaining, and developing the best talent across all backgrounds, and how through focused recruiting and retention efforts, we were able to increase the racial and ethnic diversity in our U.S. workforce by four points in FY22.

One of our ERG Champions, LeShawn Parrish, speaks about the effort to promote an inclusive work environment by leveraging the diverse experiences and innovative ideas of Black employees, while providing a safe and supportive space for them to share and be heard. And Shane Scully, co-champion of N-PRIDE, expands on the ways NortonLifeLock is promoting an inclusive and equitable work environment for our LGBTQ+ team members.

Kim Allman, Head of Corporate Responsibility and Government Affairs, discusses the success of our employee volunteering and giving program, the reach of our product donations, how we’ve significantly reduced Scope 1 and 2 GHG emissions, and more. Watch the video to learn more about our 2022 ESG efforts.
