NortonLifeLock Global Privacy Statement
In an increasingly digitized world, NortonLifeLock values privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. Data and the protection of data are at the center of everything we do. As such, our business is built on security, compliance and accountability, enabling us to protect our customers’ most valuable assets.
We support the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the safeguarding of privacy rights.
As we recently announced, Symantec sold its Enterprise Products and Services Business to Broadcom, Inc., along with the Symantec Brand. Symantec's Enterprise Products and Services are now provided by Broadcom, and the Norton and LifeLock consumer products are now offered by NortonLifeLock, Inc. (the successor in interest to Symantec Corp).
During this transition, our practices around how we (NortonLifeLock and Broadcom) process and secure your Personal Data have not changed. Should you wish to review the applicable Privacy Statements and Notices, Enterprise customers should refer to the documents located at Symantec.com/privacy, while Norton and LifeLock customers should refer to the statements and notices located at NortonLifeLock.com/privacy and www.LifeLock.com/legal, respectively.
With NortonLifeLock's new focus solely on consumer products, both the Norton and LifeLock privacy statements will soon be consolidated into a single user-friendly statement. You will be notified at NortonLifeLock.com and Lifelock.com when the new consolidated policy is posted prior to becoming effective. Although NortonLifeLock will continue to process and protect your Personal Data in the same ways, the consolidation of policies will make it easier for our valued customers to read about our practices and exercise their rights.
