Chief Marketing Officer
Debora Tomlin is the CMO of NortonLifeLock, with responsibility for driving all marketing and customer experience programs across the company.Prior to joining Symantec, she was CMO, EVP Customer Experience and Marketing for CSAA Insurance Group, and also held the Chief Marketing and Distribution Officer role, leading all of distribution (sales), enterprise strategy, and data organization. Prior to CSAA, she was vice president with Capital One Bank, where she headed commercial, small business banking and retail marketing and sponsorships after leading the marketing strategy for national, small business credit cards. Before joining Capital One, Tomlin held the roles of senior marketing officer, insurance and head of corporate brand at USAA.
Tomlin currently serves on the board of directors of LiveRamp (NYSE: RAMP) and previously served as a director for Acxiom Corporation (NASDAQ: ACXM) before it was acquired by Interpublic Group in 2018. In the nonprofit space, she served on the boards of the YMCA of San Francisco and Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis Society of GA. She has been repeatedly honored by the San Francisco Business Times as one of the Bay Area’s Most Influential Women in Business and was named to the Forever Influential list in 2016.Tomlin has a bachelor’s degree from Siena College and master’s degree from North Carolina State University.
