Reporting A Concern
NortonLifeLock maintains a compliance hotline hosted by Navex EthicsPoint (a third-party vendor) that is available to those who wish to ask questions about or report potential violations of the NortonLifeLock Code of Conduct, other policies, regulations or laws. The hotline is available 24 hours a day via this website or by calling 1-866-833-3430 from the U.S. or Canada (global dialing numbers available on the website). Anonymous reporting is available through both the website and dialing options for the hotline. All concerns are taken seriously and retaliation against anyone who raises an allegation in good faith is strictly prohibited.
NortonLifeLock’s Head of Compliance, Cameron Hoffman, is responsible for receiving and investigating reported concerns under the direction and oversight of NortonLifeLock’s Audit Committee. If you are uncomfortable reporting concerns to the Head of Compliance or if the suspected violation involves the Head of Compliance, you may report the matter to the Chair of the Audit Committee via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
